An ultralight and exceptionally easy to pack sleeping pad with a built-in pump made of durable material that’s suitable from spring to autumn.

Made of proven polyester with a laminated impermeable membrane and diamond-shaped RipStop treatment that increases the fabric‘s durability and prevents further fraying in the event of a puncture.

The two valves are made of very durable and partially flexible nylon, which means they seal tightly.

Thanks to the built-in pump, you won’t have to struggle inflating the pad; no more woozy head or dizziness. Simply open the valve and after two minutes of stomping, you’ll be ready for bed.

In principle, the built-in foot pump is a very simple device. It consists of a chamber made of impermeable foam with a one-way flap and cap. After opening the cap, the chamber fills with air. Your job is to squeeze the whole chamber so that your foot plugs the opening and pushes the air out of the chamber through the flap into the sleeping pad. Then lift your foot to draw new air into the chamber from outside and press again as described above. Repeat this until the sleeping pad is inflated and then close the cap.

To prevent air leaking through the pad’s top material, an impermeable membrane has been laminated to the polyester fabric. Laminating a continuous membrane instead of applying a coating eliminates the risk of uneven coating in areas where the material is uneven. This can lead to insufficient coating being applied and air leaking out in the affected areas. The use of PU foam with a thermally laminated membrane (TPU) is the highest quality combination of materials on the market today.

The Tube was created with an emphasis on low weight and good packability. The chambers are formed by gluing the outer fabric together, so we could save weight by omitting the baffles. Because the Tube is designed for three seasons, we also omitted the BHB Micro insulation to save even more space.
